CONSTRUCTION OF BACK UP AREA AND TRANSIT SHED

Originally, the contract duration was slated at 600 calendar days from the date of effectivity. However, variation orders/revisions pushed the contract duration to 637 calendar days instead. This changed the original completion date of May 19, 2023 to June 25, 2023.

Marra Builders was given the Notice of Award for the Construction of Back-up Area and Transit Shed for the Port of Lucena in Quezon on September 10, 2021. The Notice to Proceed was given shortly afterwards, on September 27, 2021.

Despite that, completion of the construction works was finished on May 14, 2023 with the client accepting the completed project on June 7, 2023. The turn-over and custody of the project was then done on June 27, 2023.
